Our Story

Jar Monkey began in a tiny kitchen with Shudhi and Danish, a musician and a photographer, united by one simple belief: clean food shouldn't mean compromising on taste.

Frustrated by peanut butters packed with added oils, refined sugar, preservatives and ingredients they couldn't pronounce, they set out to create something better. After countless batches and plenty of taste tests, they found it—a peanut butter that was rich, honest and made with only ingredients worth eating.

What started with a single tray of roasted peanuts soon became a favourite among friends and family, and eventually grew into Jar Monkey.

Today, every jar is made with the same philosophy it started with: simple ingredients, complete transparency and flavour that lets real peanuts shine.
